I rang Up last night to book in to have a inspection done to find moisture in my sons room, as it has a musty Smell. Rather than book me in to Have a visit. He explained to me how to go about doing the non evasive inspection and told me hes always happy to have more business but wouldn't feel right charging for an inspection for something so simple. Stand up Bloke in my opinion and i can say that when i buy or sell my next property he will definitely be my choice for doing the inspection.
